R. E Dubey is a prominent figure in the field of Analytics and Market Research, with over 45 years of experience in Administration, strategic consulting and quantitative modeling. In the 1968 he joined Indian Army and served 15 years to Indian Army. After the retirement from Indian Army he joind Central Coalfields Limited as a security officer.Thereafter he worked in few poineer organisation as Administrator.

Thereafter he establised a proprietorship company names SYS Softech. On 21st June 2012 it been formed as a partnership company by a team of enthusiastic IT specialists who wanted to overcome the routine and create a company that would act in the market not only for business success but for the sake of Technology itself. On 16 Nov 2012 it been registered by MCA India (Ministry of corporate Affairs India) by the name of ANSHYA SOFTECH LLP (Regd. No. AAB-2865) .

Thus, the mission of the R E Dubey and company was defined – to contribute to forward-looking transformation of the society through software development Maintenance & Support.

Pranab is a prominent figure in the field of Analytics and Market Research, with over 7 years of experience in marketing, strategic consulting and quantitative modeling. Pranab is a Dell Certified Technician and has gained valuable experience in consulting with over 150 companies during the 1 years he spent with Yahoo India. Thereafter he joined Pine Apple Business Solution, an innovative software service provider in Mumbai, India, as a part of the four-member top management team.

 Pranab led the repositioning of SYS Softech from a pure technology play to an e-marketing analysis company by developing a cutting-edge e-analysis software product.

In addition to providing overall leadership to SYS Softech Research and Analytics. Pranab is also engaged across our client community.

Yashwant has about 6 years of experience in Development, Designing and Project Planning and management.

Dilip is a member of the executive management team at SYS Softech, currently involved across functions including Finance, Technology and Business Development. He has been deeply involved in building the India operations from a startup to its existing state as a robust delivery center for SYS Softech’s global clients across analytics and research. Dilip has about 7 years of experience in operations, marketing, logistics and information management systems. Prior to co-founding SYS Softech, he spent 4 years with differenct MNCs in international trade, investments and reengineering. He holds an MBA(Information Technology) from India’s premier business school – Centre for Management School, Greater Noida, India and having many Diploma in Software Engineering, Networking & Datawarehouse management.

Anil Kumar has close to 9 years of experience across consulting, off-shoring and outsourcing. Prior to joining SYS Softech, he was leading member of PBS, Mumbai.

Alka Diwedi has close to 6 years of experience across Office Administration and HR Services.

Roushan is a member of the executive management team at SYS Softech and leads the Corporate Development and Marketing functions.Roushan brings with him, over a decade of experience in general management and marketing. Roushan has earned his MBA in marketing from Pune University. In the past, he has held prestigious roles as a Business Development Manager at VMU, Pune, and Brand Manager at Kraft Foods, Chicago. At Kraft Foods, she led multiple large cross-functional teams to deliver substantial volume and profits and was responsible for more than $150 million in P&L. She also led the development and implementation of a turnaround strategy for a core brand for the Oscar Mayer division at Kraft Foods that involved process re-engineering, extensive market research and data analysis.

Rohit Dubey is a member of the Marketing and Operation team at SYS Softech, currently involved across functions including Testing, Client interaction and Business Development at Patna Branch,Bihar .

Rohit has about 2 years of experience in marketing,operations, Testing and information management systems. He holds an MCA from India’s premier"Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi" India.
